Project Coordination & Monitoring Executive

Responsible to: The Projects Manager

Full Time Position

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in project meetings.
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
  • Be the contact point for the Company in relation to any technical matters envisaged/arising with respect to projects. This will include communicating and meeting with various external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing periodic reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes.
    Support the overall project coordination and plan project schedules and new information, including issues and risks.
  • Supervise and coordinate projects.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Has an open disposition for further training and self-development.
  • Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination and monitoring which necessitated the use of supervisory skills.
  • A minimum of 6 ‘O’ levels.
  • Knowledge and command of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of construction site management.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Maltese and English Language both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capability to work on own initiative without supervision, as well as within a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, within a restricted timeframe.
